Previously, after small desktop, sheet-fed, converted printers, larger industrial machines appeared, followed by versions available in different sizes, such as 30, 45, and 120 cm industrial printers. However, until now, there hasn't really been a factory-made printer for DTF technology available on the market for desktop versions. With the arrival of the Unity DTF MINI, this has changed, as its biggest advantage is that, similar to industrial solutions, every component of the machine is specifically designed for DTF technology, ending the era of converted printers.

The uniqueness of the Unity DTF MINI lies in the fact that it is a factory-manufactured DTF printer, not a converted model like the Epson L1800 (which is unfortunately no longer in production). As a result, it offers a far more reliable and stable long-term solution, since every component of the machine is specifically designed for DTF printing.

The upgraded version of the Unity DTF MINI is even more compact than before, while maintaining a robust, stable construction and introducing several new features. These include an ink level sensor to monitor ink depletion and a waste ink tank sensor to track saturation levels, making operation easier and more convenient.

Another major innovation of the new version is the integrated film cutter, which eliminates the need for manual trimming, significantly reducing the risk of media wrinkling or jamming.

Additional new features include internal LED lighting that assists in print inspection and maintenance, electronically controlled rollers, and heated input/output surfaces for improved media handling.

The Unity DTF MINI’s components and printhead are easily accessible, ensuring simple maintenance and allowing quick replacement when necessary.

The printer comes with a dedicated RIP software, enabling fast and seamless operation by optimizing print settings and color management.

Conditions for proper operation of the machine

To operate the machine, a well-organized workshop environment is required, meaning stable temperature and humidity, which is easiest to achieve in an air-conditioned room.

Additionally, cleanliness in the workshop is crucial, as dirt and dust can degrade print quality, with airborne dust sticking to the print.

Like all other DTF printers, the Unity DTF MINI is controlled by a computer. Below are the minimum specifications the computer or laptop must meet:

Warranty and Warranty Conditions

We offer a 6-month warranty on the Unity DTF MINI DTF printer, with a 3-month warranty on the printhead if special conditions are met.

The warranty is only valid if original ink is used and does not cover errors or damage caused by user negligence.
