Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 15 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or if it is not compatible with your printing system.
Please note: this guarantee applies only to printing materials, and does not apply to printing machines.

To request a refund, please email us at sales@unityprinter.com and include the following details:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Order number

  • Invoice number

  • Bank details (IBAN) for the refund

  • A clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase and request a refund under our money-back guarantee.

We will process the refund within 1–5 business days after the returned package has arrived.


Damaged or faulty products

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product. Send these photos along with a complaint email to sales@unityprinter.com, including:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Order number

  • Invoice number (if available)

  • Name of the damaged item

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage

We aim to respond to all claims within 1-5 business days.
