Usage instructions:

1. Print: Use a DTF printer to print your design onto the matte side of the Unity DTF Film 60cm Insta.

2. Apply adhesive powder: Evenly sprinkle DTF adhesive powder onto the printed design while the ink is still wet. Gently shake off any excess powder.

3. Cure: Place the film in a curing oven or use a heat press to melt the adhesive powder at 130-150°C for 2-4 minutes.

4. Transfer: Position the film onto the desired fabric with the design facing down. Use a heat press to apply medium pressure at 160°C (320°F) for 15 seconds.

5. Peel: After heat press wait until the film is cold and then peel off the film to reveal the transferred design.

6. Post-Press (Optional): For enhanced durability, you may perform a second press with a Teflon sheet for 5 seconds.

Storage and handling:

• Keep the film in its original packaging until ready for use to prevent exposure to dust and moisture.

• Avoid high humidity environments to prevent excess DTF powder from sticking to unintended areas.

• Ensure the storage area is free from direct sunlight and maintain the recommended temperature and humidity levels to preserve film quality.
